We are looking for a candidate with brand & digital experience who can lead the US region’s product launch excellence process and develop & execute insight based content to bring the consumer down the marketing funnel to conversion.Your responsibilities will includeDevelop and execute owned site experience, inclusive of but not limited to, New Product Launch Communications, Category Landing Pages, Product Detail Pages, Homepage and Sub Homepage Monthly Publications, and Continual Optimizations and UpdatesDevelop and execute owned consumer relationship management strategy, primarily focused on New Product Launch Communications and Inspiration.Collaborate with a variety of cross functional teams, inclusive of but not limited to the US region direct to consumer team and Canadian Marketing Team, on website priorities and consumer relationship management strategy in order to drive efficiencies and consistent brand + product communications.Develop & lead core and rich content strategy and execution for product detail pages.Manage product information and assets in Product Information Management Platform (Informatica) and Adobe Experience Manager; Collaborate and provide regional inputs with core team and global marketing to ensure precise data management and consistent brand messaging.Troubleshoot owned website to ensure consistent and accurate marketing messages and assets.Lead product launch excellence process including master launch calendar and asset guidance on the US region’s needs & delivery working cross functionally with sales, merchandising, product teams, global marketing and US region’s direct to consumer teams.Create and manage digital agency scope and budget.Minimum requirementsBachelor’s Degree6+ years of experience in Brand Marketing or Digital MarketingPreferred skills and experiencesBachelor’s Degree in Business or MarketingExperience developing website strategy and executing consumer relevant contentAbility to influence and lead others, including those outside of the Marketing functionExperience leveraging data to generate marketing strategies and consumer first solutionsAbility to adapt quickly to a changing environment, overcome challenges, and manage multiple priorities and stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independenceAbility to think strategically at a high level, but also develop tactical recommendations to execute againstWhat we offerGenerous benefits package, Whirlpool employee discount, fitness & educational reimbursement programs, kitchenettes, and more!
