We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor. As the leader of our customer service and e-commerce operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and seamless shopping experience. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, then we want you to be a part of our team.Oversee the daily operations of the customer service and e-commerce departments.Train, mentor, and supervise a team of customer service and e-commerce associates.Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and e-commerce processes.Monitor and analyze customer service and e-commerce performance metrics.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously improve our online shopping experience.Manage and maintain the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product information and pricing.Develop and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce vendors and partners.Coordinate with the marketing team to promote and drive sales through e-commerce channels.Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of online orders.Develop and implement procedures for handling returns, refunds, and exchanges.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.Participate in hiring and onboarding of new customer service and e-commerce team members.Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by upper management.Whole Foods Market is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
