You are dedicated and enthusiastic with an interest developing key business relations. You’re also resourceful and collaborative with an ability to work well under pressure, you’re flexible and you have a strong work ethic. A sense of humor is a plus!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is… atypical. You will be supporting all aspects of market including line sheets, order worksheets, showroom maintenance and attend all client appointments as an engaged participant. You’ll prepare visual assortments by door tier; pre-market, post-market and final assortment to display the Nordstrom Handbag buy. Prepare all reporting for weekly sales meetings and weekly Nordstrom. You’ll closely track PO’s and manage ship log weekly to ensure POs come accurately. And you’ll manage order entry/RTV processing by checking for accuracy. Own and maintain clear and complete files to ensure all copy and images are sent by deadline. The consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team that shares your passion for excellence.

To Land This Role:

BA/BS or equivalent
Industry related experience a plus (Wholesale/Buying 1-2 yrs)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel functions and formulas
Attention to detail
Timely completion of tasks
Ability to work well with a team
Sense of urgency
Ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritize and anticipate needs
Ability to communicate and demonstrate the Tory Burch brand initiatives and core values

SAP, MICRO, SKYPAD experience a PLUS

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 24.00 USD - 31.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
