Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, driving performance and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the accounting industry.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to drive customer retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and analyze their effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in the accounting or financial services sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.
