Your Mission

Become part of our Trading team and immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of cryptocurrency trading. As a Trader, you'll be responsible for executing trades, managing risk, and optimizing profitability in the dynamic crypto market.

What Will You Do?

  • Execute trades on various cryptocurrency exchanges, leveraging market insights and strategic inputs to capitalize on trading opportunities.

  • Manage risk exposure by implementing effective risk management strategies and monitoring market trends.

  • Collaborate with Quantitative Researchers to understand and implement trading algorithms, ensuring alignment with trading objectives.

  • Analyze market data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Communicate with relevant teams to share insights and contribute to the refinement of trading strategies.

What Do We Expect From You?

  • Strong background in mathematics, physics, probability, statistics, or data science preferred; emphasis on strong probabilistic thinking

  • Previous experience as a quant trader not required; willingness to learn is highly valued

  • Coding skills desirable, particularly in Python, R, and Jupyter Notebook

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.

  • Soft skills: Humble attitude; Willingness to take calculated risks; Strong communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Interview Process

  • Chat with a recruiter. Consider it an introductory call; there's no need to prepare anything apart from your questions regarding the company, team, culture, and any work-related inquiries.

  • Online Math test + Coding Challenge. Low-to-medium complexity problems focused on probability, logic, and mathematical skills + algorithmic coding task.

  • Quant Interview. General discussion about your background and passions, followed by medium-hard complexity problems to assess your intuition and problem-solving approach.

  • On-site Interview. Engage in a set of betting games to evaluate your quantitative reasoning and decision-making skills.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

  • Salary Range: Competitive rates starting from 5,000 EUR/month + performance bonuses, based on experience and performance, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

  • Onsite: Requirement to relocate.
