Our dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager has 5+ years of experience leading the strategic agenda for our fast-growing company in the home improvement space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex projects and initiatives, with a focus on driving business growth and operational excellence. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define strategic priorities, execute key initiatives, and drive measurable results that support our long-term goals and objectives.

• Lead the development and execution of the strategic agenda for the company, working closely with senior leadership to define priorities, set goals, and allocate resources effectively
• Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver results on time and within budget
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish success criteria for strategic initiatives
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, setting clear expectations, delegating tasks, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Communicate regularly with senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and opportunities, and soliciting feedback to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Drive change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication plans
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure progress and drive continuous improvement
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management and strategic planning, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and drive innovation

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success in leading strategic initiatives and driving business growth

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
• Strong understanding of the home services industry, with knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and drive change to achieve organizational goals
