Mantle Network is an EVM-compatible Ethereum layer 2 (L2) ecosystem designed to enhance scalability and efficiency on the Ethereum blockchain. Mantle also has one of the world's largest treasuries, valued at $3.8 billion, which it leverages effectively to incentivize ecosystem growth.

About this role

As a Strategy Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing our investment portfolio, partnerships with technical and infrastructure partners, and growth strategy through market analysis. This role will be part of a small Corporate Development team reporting into our Head of Operations and the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.

What you’ll help us build

• Develop and manage investment portfolio by identifying potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and providing investment recommendations to the executive team.

• Develop and manage partnerships with technical and infrastructure partners.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to our growth.

• Develop and implement growth strategies to support the company's long-term goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, BD, and R&D, to drive growth and achieve targets.

• Support the executive team in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Your craft

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, investment banking.

• Interest in the blockchain industry and related technologies.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (verbal and written).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
