We are looking for a Mobile (Application) Product Team Lead for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Product department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

What Makes You Special

• 4+ years of experience leading mobile product teams in fast-paced, data-driven environments
• Strong product ownership mindset with a commercial focus on mobile metrics, user behavior, and business growth
• Hands-on experience in driving app growth through A/B testing, push notification optimization, user funnel design, and ASO
• Familiarity with gamification techniques to boost engagement, retention, and habit-building
• Demonstrated success in leading web-to-app migration projects, with deep understanding of mobile UX best practices
• Collaborative leader who can align with product managers, engineers, designers, and analysts
• Data-informed decision maker with strong analytical and user research skills
• Passionate about crafting high-quality mobile experiences that drive measurable impact

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the mobile product roadmap in alignment with company goals and user needs
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of new app features—from ideation and validation to execution and launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create seamless, high-performing user experiences across platforms
• Define and execute mobile growth strategies to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement
• Coach and develop a high-performing mobile product team, ensuring clear responsibilities, growth plans, and ownership
• Champion mobile-first thinking, leading strategic initiatives such as web-to-app transitions
• Design and run experiments to validate ideas and improve conversion metrics
• Monitor app KPIs (conversions, retention, MAUs, crash rates, engagement) and turn insights into actionable improvements
• Stay ahead of mobile industry trends, tools, and technologies
