WinnCompanies is looking for a Occupancy Specialist I to join our team at Westminster Senior Apartments, a 92-unit affordable housing community located in Westminster, CA.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the initial, interim and annual tenant recertifications at the property or properties.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
