About the role:
Our company venture, Winona is looking to hire a full-time remote Performance Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling ad creatives aimed at maximizing performance and driving conversions across various digital advertising platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop effective ad strategies and ensure alignment with our business objectives.
Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level
Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing and effective ad creatives for digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as social media, display networks, and search engines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and target audience demographics.
Analyze ad performance metrics and user engagement data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising and design.
Communicate design concepts, strategies, and results effectively to cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
With 3+ years of experience in designing ad creatives for digital advertising campaigns, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, ad formats, and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
