The team
You will be joining a rapidly growing team of over 10 highly talented individuals who thrive in our fast-paced, 100% remote work environment. As we anticipate onboarding more than 50 people within the next 12 months, our team boasts international representation and a passion for building top-quality websites and expanding the business.
Wintech is hiring an experienced Data Analyst to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be working to create new reports and improve current reports, use a lot of SQL to build data pipelines and work to ensure that we have safe, well-modeled data to make decisions.
Work with a variety of clients building their future data environment, and play a critical role in leveraging data to drive informed decision-making
Responsibilities:
Partner with Product Owners and Data Teams
Designing and building robust data models in SQL,
Create new dashboards, maintain and improve existing reports
Monitor metrics and analyse data to generate actionable insights, find trends, patterns and provide recommendations to maximize KPIs
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions that align with the organization’s goals.
Requirements:
Degree in an analytical field such as Math, Data Science or Economics
At least 3+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst
Advanced SQL and data modeling experience
Experience in subscription business
Experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
Experience in marketing: attribution, UTM parameters, ROAS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights in large datasets.
Nice To Haves:
Experience with GCP, BigQuery
Experience with GA4, GTM
Experience with Python
Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Airflow
Strong spoken and written English
