We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our marketing team. This role requires strong animation skills, an understanding of current design trends, and proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Responsibilities:

• Create animated creatives for advertising campaigns in the EdTech domain;

• Animate existing banners or design compositions from scratch for further animation;

• Work with composition, color schemes, and typography to produce visually appealing content;

• Prepare 2D assets for subsequent animation;

• Work specifically with UGC content to create engaging and dynamic animations;

• Stay updated with the latest trends in design, particularly within platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, and apply this knowledge to your work.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Motion Designer;

• Proficiency in animation (banners, UGC, videos, etc.);

• Strong knowledge of timing and spacing in animation;

• Ability to generate and develop new creative ideas;

• Experience in performance marketing;

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator;

• Creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in creating static banners;

• Experience working with AI image generation tools;

• A portfolio showcasing your work.
