Here’s the Gist: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets for the assigned accounts and region with a team of field sales engineers. The Day-to-Day: Meet and exceed Wolfspeed’s assigned revenue on continuous growth targets. Develop territorial and strategic account plans to support revenue targets consistent with the business unit strategies. Qualify opportunities and determine if there is a fit for SiC power devices. Support the customer through the design cycle from sample, prototype, pilot, pre-production, to production. This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Qualifications): A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering 7+ years of experience in technical sales Ability to travel frequently to customer sites Strong motivation and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and business environments This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
