Call Center Representative
Position Overview...
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls and resolving a wide range of member issues, including those related to prescriptions (RX), primary care providers (PCP), benefits, and eligibility. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technological proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound calls from members and resolve issues related to prescriptions (RX), primary care providers (PCP), benefits, and eligibility.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing member concerns promptly and accurately.
• Utilize various software tools, including Outlook and Teams, to manage communications and document interactions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all member interactions.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate resolution of member issues.
Required Skills:
• 2 years+ Customer Service experience
• Armed Forces background/experience preferred
• Proficient in technology (Computers/phone)
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
