Job Title: Operations Clerk (Remote - PST or MST Preferred)Hours: Monday-Friday, 11am to 8pm PST (2nd shift PST)Job Summary:The Operations Clerk will provide administrative support to the Transformation Strategy & Operations team. This team is responsible for overseeing the operations of a Local Commerce Service Partner (LCSP) program, which involves collaborating with third-party entrepreneurs who have their own fleet of W2 drivers to deliver customers orders. The LCSP Partners and their fleet are located in Alabama, California, Missouri, Oregon, and Texas. The Operations Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting the Transformation S&O team in driving this initiative.Responsibilities:- Update the LCSP's onboarding tracker with Background Check results- Create customer profiles for new hires of the LCSP- Offboard terminated LCSP employees- Review and investigate potential delivery issues to gain insights into their causes- Assist the LCSP with driver dispatching in the company portalRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 2-4 years of experience in the field or a related areaNote: Detailed instructions will be provided to the Operations Clerk to ensure successful completion of each activity.Wollborg Michelson Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination of any kind.
