What we’re looking for:
As the HR Business Partner for the US, you play a critical role in supporting the execution of talent management programs and processes that are cascaded down from the Director of Global Talent Management. The programs are focused on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent and are in line with the overarching people strategy at Wonders. The talent management programs and processes include Performance Management, including performance calibration, Talent Review/Succession Planning, Promotions, Compensation Planning as well as supporting the development and growth of our People Managers as a coach and partner with front line managers to support the overarching employee experience.
This is hybrid position based out of our Long Island City office.
