The Role

Woolf is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and help redefine higher education. In this role, you will craft compelling designs—decks, landing pages, social media assets, and other marketing materials—that embody our mission to increase access to globally recognized, high-quality education. Working closely with the team, you’ll bring your creative expertise and unique style to enhance our brand across digital platforms while adhering to our design brand book. This full-time role is initially for two months, with the potential to transition into a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality designs for decks, landing pages, social media cards, and other digital assets.
  • Collaborate with the team on Slack and provide timely updates on project progress.
  • Uphold and follow the company’s brand guidelines while bringing your own creative style to projects.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and propose innovative ideas for marketing and design campaigns.
  • Manage time effectively and manually track billable hours.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, web design, and marketing materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of infographic design, including informational and statistical infographics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, startup environment, thriving with minimal direction while delivering exceptional results.
