This is a contract-to-hire-opportunity (6 months contract and then FTE with the client). Allowed locations: Argentina, Columbia, Brazil. 100% Remote.

Role overview:

We are seeking a proactive Full-Stack Shopify Developer (SEO and Site Speed Specialist) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on optimizing Shopify stores for search engine visibility, enhancing site speed, and improving overall performance. Your efforts will directly impact user experience, search rankings, and conversion rates, helping businesses achieve their online goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Shopify stores to improve search engine visibility and achieve higher rankings.
• Enhance site speed and overall performance to boost user experience and conversion rates.
• Implement best practices for SEO, including on-page optimization, meta tags, and schema markup.
• Monitor and analyze website metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to maintain SEO and performance standards across all updates and changes.

• In-depth knowledge of SEO strategies and tools.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques, such as lazy loading and caching.
• Proficiency in analyzing and improving website metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Lighthouse.
• Strong understanding of Shopify's platform and its SEO capabilities.
• Familiarity with technical SEO, including URL structures, redirects, and mobile-first indexing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and performance metrics
