WorkDay DevOps Consultant

Lead Workday releases and new feature implementations partnering with HR product teams on change management.
Define/refine DevOps metrics. Ensure appropriate plans are developed to mitigate the “reds” and lead projects, as required, to meet the desired metric goals.
Develop, standardize, and sustain daily management systems based on metrics to deliver on Workday DevOps goals.
Lead compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to IT Risk policies. Support internal and external audits as required.
Collaborate with HR product teams to identify Workday product gaps/issues and partner with Workday to resolve those to meet requirements.
Partner with other workstreams to align on release and testing plans.
Coordinate dependencies between the HR product areas and ensure alignment to release goals.
Work to remove impediments and facilitate continuous improvements in DevOps processes.
Guide and coach products teams in agile best practices to ensure successful implementation of Workday modules and projects.
Execute in a fast-paced delivery mode and focus on delivering tasks to meet the product release goals while aligning to DevOps governance processes.
