About this Position
The Workday HR Analyst provides system support and leverages Workday to meet the needs of the HR team and users of Workday HCM throughout the organization. The individual will use their knowledge of Primerica’s policies and the Workday business processes to recommend process enhancement, develop test plans, and create help guides and training materials.

This is hybrid position that offers flexibility for remote and onsite work. Candidate must be local and be available to work both onsite and remotely during the week.

The estimated pay range for the role is $75k - $100k, depending upon experience
Responsibilities & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Human Resources highly preferred
  • Two or more years of Workday HCM experience, including Report Writing and support of one or more modules such as Recruiting, Absence, Compensation or Payroll
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage several priorities at once
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
  • Support managers and employees with self-service tasks and troubleshooting day to day Workday issues
  • First level support and problem identification for HR staff on reporting, business processes and integrations
  • Create, maintain, and support a variety of custom reports as requested by HR, the business, internal or external auditors or for required government reporting
  • Coordinate and collaborate with HR functional leaders with the review, testing, and implementation of Workday releases and weekly updates.
  • Conduct scheduled data audits to ensure data integrity
  • Document maintenance and distribution via Workday
  • Partner with the HR team to understand the HR business policies, processes, and procedures and make recommendations on how business processes can support the changing needs of users.
  • Liaison to IT Workday Support team
  • Provide data analysis support for HR
  • Manage and oversee the digital personnel file process
