What you'll be doing:

The role of People Technology Operations Analyst is to support in the day to day running of the People Technology systems across your region for all Natura &Co Group Brands. The role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, maintaining systems security and general management and upkeep of system configuration within our core HR system Workday and other relevant people systems ie. T&A, Workforce Management etc.

Key responsibilities:

Duties:

Responsible for day to day running of relevant People Technology Systems and to be initial liaison with software provider as system administrator/expert
To maintain appropriate access levels for system users in line with SOX and GDPR requirements.
Responsible for maintenance of workflows enabling Self-Service, allowing simple or event driven transactions to happen.
Responsible for review, prioritization, and resolution, or escalation if required, of all system incidents raised. Conduct system fixes, defects and resolution configuration
Perform UAT for BAU system changes in Test and Prod environments for the region within remit and deliver HR user
Responsible for maintenance of job architecture (job families, roles, job codes, positions and associated organizational structures), including data migration, mapping, and quality.
Design and delivery of core People Team reports for use across all brands in all global markets.
Ensure data integrity when conducting data corrections and mass uploads and perform data cleansing and purging activities where required

We'd love you to have:

Experience of working with multiple HR systems/landscape and solid background in technical support
Customer service and strong ability to anticipate and understand customer needs
Understanding of HR strategies and policies
Bachelors degree or equivalent
English – Must have. Spanish and Portuguese will be a differential
High degree of knowledge of HRIS system and Workday Experience is desirable
Experience in an Global environment is desirable
Advanced Excel, system and IT skills
