About the Role

Join a leading SaaS-based Partner Operations team and build a career at the forefront of Workday’s Partner ecosystem. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and develop expertise in Workday’s Partner Program, supporting the growth and compliance of new and lower-maturity partners.

You will serve as a key point of contact, providing 1-to-many support to address partner inquiries and concerns related to the Workday Partner Program. These inquiries span a broad range of topics, including onboarding, program requirements, tenant provisioning, training, partner agreements, sales and marketing assets, and upcoming Workday events. This breadth of topics provides a unique opportunity to learn various aspects of the enterprise software business and the attributes of an exceptional partner program.

Additionally, you will develop and execute integrated content and communication strategies that drive partner adoption across the digital partner segment. This includes designing and overseeing automated partner journey workflows that combine strategic content and communications, while developing and performing partner-based webinars and partner office hours to enhance engagement and knowledge sharing.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration between content, communications, product, and technical teams, and implement data-driven approaches to measure content effectiveness, program success, and partner engagement.

Your contributions will be critical to delivering high levels of partner satisfaction through responsive, effective partner management and support, ultimately driving partner growth and success within the Workday ecosystem.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 3 + years of experience working in a software partner organization in partner management OR Enablement.

  • 1+ Digital or Scale partner management

  • Proficient digital literacy

  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization

  • Technical background and ability to learn and absorb technology quickly

  • The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels

  • The ability to ask clear and detailed questions of the customer to ascertain the exact details of the problem
