Above all, you will serve as the voice of the customer for our products.About YouBasic Qualifications• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in PaaS, SaaS, B2B, or high scale products.• 10 + years' total experience in a technical role to include software engineering or Technical Product Management.• Detailed experience with data platform technologies - messaging & caching services, data collection, processing & storage, data analytics and data governance - ex.Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ.• Experience with scrum and other agile development methods is a requirement.• Proven track record managing the entire product lifecycle : defining business problems, researching customer needs, prototyping and testing new solutions, working with design and engineering teams, and prioritizing an Agile development backlog.Other Qualifications• An inherently collaborative style that enables you to win the hearts and minds of your peers to successfully implement a complex product roadmap, with execution often happening across teams.• Excellent communications and influencing skills across all levels of a large organization, as well as with external partners and stakeholders.• The sort of personality who thrives in a fast-moving, quickly changing atmosphere.• BA / BS in a computer science, economics or accounting, or equivalent. MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.
