UX Design System Director

As a UX Design System Director at Workday, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and develop the UX Design System and create a cohesive design language across all of our products. You will be responsible for managing the strategy and implementation of the UX Design System, as well as mentoring and coaching design teams. You will have the unique opportunity to work alongside other UX... Designers and Product Managers to create an intuitive and engaging experience for our customers.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of UX Design Systems and the ability to develop and maintain design standards. You should also be comfortable with working cross-functionally, collaborating with diverse teams, and effectively managing deadlines.
