As a critical team member, you will cross-functionally work with marketing, sales, and leadership to drive Workera’s growth goals. Your role involves harnessing your expertise to drive marketing campaigns that engage and captivate our target markets. Make a tangible impact on our company's growth and the future of skills technology. What You’ll Do Within 3 months, you will: • Develop and execute initial marketing campaigns across North America to increase brand visibility and generate leads. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft cohesive plans for the West region, aligning efforts with team objectives. • Begin analyzing campaign performance data to identify early insights and inform strategy adjustments. Within 6 months, you will: • Lead the execution of expanded marketing campaigns across North America, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and lead generation. • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop innovative plans for the West region, aiming to exceed established targets. • Take ownership of budget management and forecasting for marketing campaigns, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI. Within 9 months, you will: • Spearhead the development and execution of advanced marketing campaigns across North America, elevating brand visibility and lead generation efforts. • Forge strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and innovative plans for the West region, driving towards surpassing targets. • Utilize comprehensive analysis of campaign performance data to continually refine strategies and deliver insightful reports to senior management for informed decision-making. • Please note as we are a dynamic and quickly growing startup, things are always subject to change* What You’ll Bring This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical prowess in a growth role, suited for an individual with a proven track record in managing enterprise-focused marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of digital platforms. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role, focusing on digital media, email marketing, and campaign management. • Proven success in leading marketing campaigns from conception through to execution and analysis. • Strong understanding of various marketing platforms, including digital advertising, social media, and content marketing. • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. • Experience in field and/or event marketing is a plus • Experience in the technology and/or AI sector is a plus • Proficiency in GenAI, analytics tools, and CRM software is a plus • Advanced degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT or equivalent digital assistants and applying them effectively within your work context About Workera Workera is a fast-growing, Series B Silicon Valley start-up redefining how enterprises understand, develop, and mobilize talent.
