Marketing Operations Manager

We are Workerbase - an ambitious team working on an innovative software platform that helps digitize manual working processes. So far, we gained trust with Fortune 500 companies such as Porsche, Siemens, Gazelle Bikes, and many others, who are using our platform to optimize their workflows. We raised our Series A with €10m in 2022 from top investors such as Point 9, Almaz Capital, Porsche Ventures.

Now we need a Marketing Operations Manager to help us reach the next milestone.🚀

• Executing and coordinating the marketing strategy

• Setting up marketing automation systems

• Owning the channels and ensuring brand consistency and quality

• Creating engaging content for various channels 

• Conducting market research 

• Analyzing marketing data and metrics to track the success of campaigns

• Working closely with the sales and product teams to align efforts and drive revenue

• You have experience in B2B software marketing

• You have high sense of quality

• You are fluent in English, both written and verbally, and German is a plus

• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills

• You have proficiency with marketing tools and platforms

• You are good at project management and organization
