We are looking for a Working Student, International Privacy Stream (all genders) to join the Data Protection team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

The working student for the data protection team supporting the team on their legal, technical and managerial privacy tasks serves not only to increase the team’s resources but also to build a pipeline for future members of the team who share with the team a genuine interest in privacy matters.

Your mission:

• Creating presentations in line with internal guidelines for data protection trainings, privacy presentations

• Ownership of international privacy meetings eg. setting up agenda, sending out meeting invites and other ad hoc tasks

• Keeping records up to date eg. communication channels, participants list, group mails

• You will support international projects providing solutions for different stakeholders

• You will support the International Privacy Program Manager in everyday matters (eg .managing calendars and task lists, designing guidelines and templates)

• Provide trainings and support with privacy awareness-raising on an international scale

• Foster the diverse and international team spirit to ensure the smooth running of the Privacy Program

• Collaborate with other Privacy Streams and assist with the implementation and monitoring of their deliverables across the entities where we operate

• Assist International Privacy Program Manager in organizing events

• Support senior team members with ad hoc tasks to achieve common goals

Your heroic skills:

• You are a student who enrolled in a university in Germany

• You are able to work 20 hours per week during at least a year

• Quick comprehension, analytical thinking with a passion for details

• Creative mindset

• Solution-oriented with direct and clear communication skills

• Open for new ideas and driven to take over responsibility

• Independent, organized and structured way of working

• Fluent English skills (spoken & written)

• Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Slides)

• High social competence and team spirit, reliable work ethics

• High motivation and willingness to learn
