2025 Spring Intern - Product Marketing

Please see our start date below and let us know your availability.• Spring Internships: Monday, January 6, 2025 (15-20/hours per week max)The Product Marketing Intern will support the Product Marketing team by performing analyses of go-to-market performance and business opportunities in the market. This person also conducts research on competitor behavior and build buyer insights to understand buyer personas.What You'll Do• Compile analysis and financial models on customer trends and historical data to support decision-making• Lead the development and execution of ad-hoc analysis to support data-driven pricing initiatives• Conduct periodic analysis on the performance of existing products (e.g. pricing, adoption trend, usage, etc.)• Quantify and estimate market sizes, identify key players and market trends• Design new creative analytics and visualizations to help senior management get deeper insights into performance of key areas• Perform in-depth analysis of go-to-market performance (win / loss analysis, etc.) to identify areas for improvement• Support the development and curation of marketing collateral by conducting researchWhat You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications• Currently pursuing a degree in Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or other related fieldsPreferred Qualifications• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills• Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement• The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment is necessary• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlinesTravel Requirements and Working Conditions• Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the futureHow You’ll Be Rewarded• Salary range in the US: $21.00 - $21.00• 401(k) participation and match• Paid sick leave• A unique opportunity to further your learning experience through additional internship seasonsWorkiva is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
