SummaryThe Associate Renewals Manager works directly with existing Workiva customers while building a book of business. The Associate Renewals Manager will focus on renewing subscriptions and services on-time while providing the highest level of customer service throughout the entire quote-to-cash cycle. You will bring effective time management skill to the role, and a growth attitude as you obtain mastery of coordinating, defining and executing renewal strategies and messaging. You will build relationships with Sales, Accounting, Legal and Customer Success in managing subscriptions and supporting Workiva’s renewal strategy and process.What You’ll Do• Support existing programs to maximize company revenue and resolve customer related contract issues• Be a point of contact with Account Managers to proactively coordinate subscription opportunities and/or resolve issues that may hinder them from maintaining a relationship with Workiva• Review and validate installed base reports• Uncover accounts which may be at risk and develop plans to mitigate and bring them to closure• Use the facts found in the needs analysis phase to present a compelling demonstration of the Workiva suite of products and services to create a customer belief that they must have Workiva products• Naturally lead the sales process to a close by demonstrating Workiva superior value proposition• Facilitate successful outcomes to optimize profits• Maintain the customer relationship as well as growing the business• Understand the competitive landscape and is able to communicate Workiva value proposition to beat the competition• Update customer relationship management tools regularly and timely• Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking information though pipeline analysis• Plan and execute sales strategy with purposeful action to complete the sale• Gather internal support to pursue accounts• Prioritize selling activities and follows through in a timely fashion• Communicate regularly with a base of accounts that have the potential to increase subscriptions or XBRL services• Maintain a strong knowledge of Workiva products through a commitment to ongoing trainingWhat You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications• Requires a high school/secondary school education and minimum of 1 year of related experience in SaaS sales or renewals; Associate’s degree preferredPreferred Qualifications• Basic knowledge of accounting• Basic knowledge of Software as a Service business model• Ability to work from home and be self-directed; scheduling own appointments• Excellent time management and territory management skills• Force Management training is a plusTravel Requirements & Working Conditions• Up to 10% travel for internal meetings and trainings• Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva officeHow You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $41,000.00 - $66,000.00✅ Eligible for commission based on sales performance✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
