In this role, you drive the performance of a high potential team to exceed their targets while creating exceptional partner experiences. You are responsible for developing and implementing channel partner strategies to increase revenue and uncover strategic growth opportunities. As a key member of the Revenue management team, you’ll work closely with other departments to ensure that channel sales goals are aligned with overall business objectives.Responsibilities• Sales performance – Responsible for driving revenue growth through indirect sales- both resellers and distributors.• Funnel management & forecasting – Support your team in managing their partner sales funnel and accurately forecasting the associated revenue.• People development – Mentor and coach your team to be top performers ensuring they have the resources, knowledge, and support they need to excel.• Internal collaboration – Be the channel representative and voice of our partners internally on cross-functional initiatives that will impact channel.• Planning and growth – Leverage data and analytics in addition to industry knowledge to understand areas of opportunity and develop in market strategies and tactics that will deliver results against the company’s strategic channel initiatives.• Strategic partnerships – Build relationships with top strategic partners to ensure multi-threaded relationships.• Channel community – Be the channel expert internally and develop a strong presence in the channel community that elevates personal and company brand.What does your future team look like?  The channel team is quickly growing to support our strategic growth needs. Within the partnership department there will be the department Director, Managers, CAMs & Distribution Managers you will work alongside daily. In the broader sales department, there are channel marketing, technical enablement, and operations roles to help support the team's success.What are the next challenges awaiting your team?ShareGate has found a tremendous amount of success in the channel as a loved and trusted tool for partners to complete their client migrations. The challenge for the channel team will be evolving the relationship from product-centric to strategic- helping our partners proactively grow their business alongside their trusted vendor, Workleap.Qualifications• 3 to 5 years of sales leadership with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams;• 5 to 8 years of channel experience;• Excellent communication, presentation, & negotiation skills;• Growth minded – adapts quickly to change in a high-growth environment;• Action-oriented – someone who loves to act quickly and drive for results;• Problem solver – ability to uncover challenges and find solutions;• Two-tier channel model experience is a bonus;• The ability to travel to the US and possibly internationally;• Excellent written and spoken English.Additional InformationAt Workleap, we build together, we trust each other, and we support each other in success or failure.
