B2B Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Parsippany, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have customer relations experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with key decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Preforming research and identifying new clients across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients by understanding their needs, listening to their concerns and providing them customized solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations via Zoom to potential clients, detailing the company’s offering and its value to the prospective client
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential sales and tracking progression of deals throughout the sales cycle.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business deals and meet sales targets.
  • Additionally, your responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients through multiple communication channels, developing and delivering tailored proposals that outline the services discussed, and coordinating client meetings via Zoom to further drive business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have Microsoft suite experience and should be able to navigate applications, create documents, and manage email via outlook.
  • Candidates should be comfortable using a CRM to record client information, track sales cycles, and manage leads.
    • Hub Spot experience is a plus.
  • Candidates must have good communication skills as you will be required to draft emails, make calls, and meet with clients via zoom.
  • Candidates should be self-motivating, have a willingness to learn, stay focused, and manage their time appropriately.
  • Candidates will be required to perform research, internet searches, and be comfortable with navigating LinkedIn
  • Employees are required to be in office
  • Previous sales experience is not required but are valued skills.
