Position Overview: The Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and
executing comprehensive strategies to drive both outbound and inbound client acquisition. This
senior role requires a proven leader with a robust background in sales and marketing, excellent
strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry. You will oversee the
sales and marketing departments, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving growth
through innovative and effective strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a unified sales and marketing strategy to
drive business growth, focusing on both outbound client acquisition and maximizing
inbound opportunities.
● Outbound Sales Leadership: Create and execute outbound sales strategies to identify
and target potential clients. Oversee lead-generation activities such as cold calling, email
campaigns, and networking to build a robust client pipeline.
● Inbound Marketing Optimization: Manage and enhance inbound marketing efforts to
attract and convert leads. Develop campaigns that effectively drive lead generation,
nurture prospects, and convert them into clients.
● Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing teams. Provide
direction, support, and training to ensure both teams are aligned and equipped to meet
their goals.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key
clients. Understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of
client satisfaction and retention.
● Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends,
opportunities, and competitive insights. Use this data to refine sales and marketing
strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that sales and
marketing efforts are aligned with recruitment objectives. Collaborate with the product
development team to ensure that client feedback informs service improvements.
● Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure
effectiveness and ROI. Prepare regular performance reports and adjust strategies as
needed to meet targets.
● Budget Management: Oversee the sales and marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve optimal results.
● Experience: Extensive experience in a senior sales and marketing role, with a strong
background in both outbound and inbound strategies. Experience in the recruitment or
staffing industry is highly desirable.● Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and
motivating high-performing sales and marketing teams.
● Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to develop and
execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.
● Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to present ideas clearly and engage effectively with clients, team members, and
stakeholders.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot), marketing automation tools,
and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with sales and marketing analytics tools is advantageous.
