Workyard is a growing startup based out of the Bay Area, operating in the construction industry where $300 billion is spent annually on labor. We are developing an industry changing technology SaaS solution to manage labor for construction companies. Through a unique approach into the market, we are fundamentally changing the experience for both companies and workers by adding trust, transparency, and technology to the labor management process.
Having established product/market fit and scaling, we are accelerating sales, and looking for an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to develop and execute growth strategies across paid and organic sources to drive customer acquisition and trials into our sales funnel. This is a critical high impact role at the company and will report to the Head of Marketing.
This is a 100% remote position but must be based out of the United States.
Responsibilities
● Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition strategies and campaigns across multiple paid, direct and organic channels
● Optimize user acquisition campaigns to maximize ROI, effectively scale growth, and meet acquisition targets
● Leverage analytics tools and quantitative skills to track and analyze acquisition performance, identifying key metrics and insights to inform decision-making and actions
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
● Provide regular reports and insights on user acquisition metrics, campaign performance, and growth initiatives
● Collaborate with product marketing, cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals
Requirements
● Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that directly drive revenue growth and efficiency
● Expertise in user acquisition strategies, performance marketing, and campaign optimization
● Proficiency in using analytics tools to extract insights and make data-driven decisions
● Ability to break down ambiguous problems and create strategic solutions with a clear, structured process in mind
● Intellectual curiosity that can adapt to any situation and quickly learn new things
● An entrepreneurial spirit, including ability to work independently and autonomously
● Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and driving demand through multiple channels
● Results and data driven with excellent attention to detail
● Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable changes
● Demonstrated experience measuring and managing performance metrics at a granular level to optimize performance
