WBL services its loan portfolio and loan portfolios for third parties, specializing in the management of non-performing loan pools and REO.
WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.
This is a remote Contract/Consultant position.
Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Position Overview
In a fast paced, high expectation, results oriented environment, the Asset Resolution Analyst will be responsible for managing a portfolio of non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loans and REO.
Core responsibilities include the development, implementation and monitoring (while working with outside counsel) of appropriate collection, loss mitigation and recovery strategies, weekly reporting and quarterly file analysis.

Your responsibilities will extend to conducting thorough financial analyses, managing commercial litigation and foreclosure processes, and collaborating with attorneys and collection agencies to optimize recovery efforts. You will also have the opportunity to engage with customers and negotiate settlement agreements, ensuring that all activities align with our performance standards. All you need is a law degree from a nationally accredited U.S. law school, experience in real estate, and a passion for excellence in a deadline-driven environment.
