QUALIFICATIONS:• Minimum five years of Project Management experience. PMP certification is preferred• Understanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports• Extensive experience with people management, strategic planning, and change management• Proven experience with risk management; demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately to leadership• Understanding of and the ability to utilize the process of stakeholder analysis• Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines• Demonstrate a high-level of customer care.• Possess adequate interpersonal (soft) skills• Critical thinking and problem solving• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities• Crisis management & conflict resolution experience• Adaptability, empathy• Good understanding of project management tools (CA Clarity & MS Project) and processes to perform duties• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau• Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Demonstrates proficiency in project-related finance managementWant to learn more about Lab Services?
