Θέλουμε να συνεργαστούμε μαζί σου στο ρόλο του B2B Sales & Business Development Executive. Είσαι ο ιδανικός/ή συνεργάτης αν σε ενθουσιάζει να συνεισφέρεις στην ανάπτυξη μιας fast-paced startup εταιρείας, αν έχεις πάθος για επικοινωνία, και αν βρίσκεις κίνητρο στην επίτευξη εμπορικών στόχων! Ο ρόλος είναι 100% remote βασισμένος οπουδήποτε στην Ελλάδα, αλλά απαιτεί συχνές επισκέψεις σε πελάτες και συνεργάτες. Θα κληθείς να διατηρείς άριστο αρχείο των επικοινωνιών σου και επαφών σου, καθώς και να έρχεσαι σε επαφή με το πελατολόγιο σου τηλεφωνικά, μέσω email, και δια ζώσης.

Καθήκοντα:

  • Διαχείριση επικοινωνίας με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες (channel partners) για δημιουργία νέων δυνητικών πελατών (leads)
  • Διαχείριση υφιστάμενου πελατολογίου για τη δημιουργία νέων leads-referrals
  • Μετατροπή των leads σε συνδρομητές / πελάτες για την επίτευξη των μηνιαίων στόχων 
  • Διαχείριση όλων των παραπάνω επικοινωνιών μέσω εξαιρετικής καταγραφής στο CRM της εταιρείας
  • Τακτικές συναντήσεις, τηλεφωνικές κλήσεις, και εμαιλ με leads και λογιστές στο πελατολόγιο σου, με σκοπό την δημιουργία σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης και κατανόηση των εξειδικευμένων αναγκών και προκλήσεων που αντιμετωπίζει ο κάθε κλάδος
  • Συνεργασία με εσωτερικές ομάδες για τη συνεχή αξιολόγηση και βελτίωση των μεθόδων πωλήσεων και τη διασφάλιση του παρεχόμενου προϊόντος
  • 1+ χρόνο εμπειρίας πωλήσεων (Sales) σε SaaS (software as a service) προϊόντα
  • Αποδεδειγμένες διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες και ικανότητες διαχείρισης αντιρρήσεων
  • Αποδεδειγμένο ιστορικό επίτευξης στόχων σε B2B προϊόντα
  • Ισχυρό κίνητρο για αποτελέσματα (results driven) με πάθος για την παροχή αξίας σε πελάτες
  • Άριστη κατανόηση και χρήση συστημάτων CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Ικανότητα να αποδίδει σε ένα ταχέως αναπτυσσόμενο (fast-paced) startup περιβάλλον
