Our Health and Benefits (H&B) business helps large and mid-size clients control soaring health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes, and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions.
The Rx Solutions team, part of the Pharmacy Practice, is a unique specialty group within H&B, whose main goal is to provide employers the appropriate pharmacy benefit solution that transforms the current business model and management processes for pharmacy benefit programs, and re-establish employer control over cost, quality, and delivery effectiveness. It leverages the collective market share of its participating employers to purchase pharmacy benefit management services in a financial model based on the principles of transparency and pass through. The largest solution, the Rx Collaborative is the largest employer pharmacy coalition in the United States.
The Role:
Clients
- Establish yourself as subject matter expert with internal Health & Benefits and Pharmacy Practice teams regarding Rx Solutions.
- Partner with Health & Benefits teams to support client retention and renewal strategies.
- Support action plans for “at risk” clients.
- Communicate client contract decisions to internal and external teams.
- Participate in product development and negotiation process by identifying market trends and requirements for market competitive arrangements.
Excellence
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Rx Solutions WTW offers.
- Contribute to sales and marketing efforts in support of consultants responding to sales inquiries and participate in marketing presentations as needed.
- Identify potential client references to support new sales.
- Build strong relationships with internal consultants and PBM sponsors to ensure cross functional teams collaborate effectively on client’s behalf.
People
- Develop relationships with Rx team members.
- Educate and train new Rx team members on the best practices and procedures.
- Represent the pharmacy practice for vendor education sessions with individual offices.
- Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients and colleagues.
Financial
- Support the generation of new business as part of the broader team.
- Directly contribute to client team success through applying your technical expertise
- Develop pipeline and sales reports for internal and external teams.
- Actively participate in and support selling process (pipeline management, best and final presentation, etc.)
- Monitor client satisfaction and client retention – work with leaders to improve client experience and retention.
- 3+ of customer service, sales or client support (open to various industries)
- PBM, healthcare or healthcare IT experience preferred but not required.
- Well organized and detail oriented; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to respond to all communications professionally and effectively, in a timely manner.
- Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues, strong client service orientation.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels.
- Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work both independently and on client teams.
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to develop lasting relationships with clients both internal and external.
- Sense of accountability; owning one’s work and taking pride in it

- Experience with and proven ability to work from home with no impact to productivity.
- Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and an interest management (CRM) software
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience and performance in the role.
The base salary range being offered for this role is 70,000 to 75,000 USD.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
