Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts
Advise on legal issues arising in underwriting and closing transactions
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Identify potential legal risks and mitigate them
Support the proliferation of solar energy

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Active bar membership
