In this role, you will be responsible for leading the operations and execution of the INCA process as well as the go-to-market strategy and storytelling. Working collaboratively with Catalyst, Mediacom, Mindshare, Wavemaker, GroupM leadership, as well as external and WPP agencies, this role will be responsible building relationships with the key stakeholders from Investment (DIG), Social, Content, and Creative teams. Some of the things we'd like you to do:
Lead and manage INCA team/direct reports, including training, feedback, mentoring, and career growth Expand the INCA framework to align with social platforms and audience targeting strategies Expand upon the social amplification paid social aspect of the influencer campaign Partner with agency creative, social and investment teams Be the Digital Investment Group (DIG) POC for influencer opportunities Develop the US WPP/TikTok/INCA capability, partnering GroupM stake holder and other WPP specialty TikTok agencies Evangelize the... benefits of INCA and influencer marketing, especially integrated with media plans Lead the development of social commerce and affiliate capabilities as an extension of INCA Liaise with our global INCA teams Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge on influencer marketing and social platform opportunities A bit about yourself:
Minimum 10 years of experience in social marketing (paid and organic), sales, technology A deep understanding of social operations to identify how GroupM can deliver operational excellence and delight our clients. A strong technical understanding and proficiency across established and emerging social platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, Clubhouse, etc.) Excellent presentation design skills Effective and engaging written communication and presentation skills Impeccable client relationship skills. Deep digital expertise across brand and performance metrics Confidence to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively Passion for digital and data, well versed on the latest industry trends and news
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
