About the Team
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimisation of our onboarding solutions in the Payroll division. This role is part of our newly formed Onboarding/Offboarding team within Payroll.
In this role, you will lead creation of the product roadmap, ensuring our solutions deliver seamless and efficient employer conversions across the UK, AU, and NZ regions. You will work closely with your team to manage products end-to-end, from early-stage research and ideation through to implementation and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with other functional teams within the payroll space. You should be comfortable working in complex product areas that require significant collaboration and comprehensive stakeholder management
