Workplace Experience Manager APAC - 12 month FTC

As Workplace Experience Manager, your mission will be to “.........provide exceptional workplace experiences that inspire and enable staff to deliver great work.


Your role will encompass implementation of the team’s strategies for achieving continual improvement of the workplace experience. This will include the experience people have within our space, how they interact with our space, its technology and how the space and our services enable people to interact with each other to strengthen our amazing culture. 


Working with the guidance of the Director Workplace Experience and in collaboration with local leaders to understand staff needs and implement plans to meet these needs. Your remit will span the experience in both Xero offices and at remote working locations, creating an outstanding and inclusive working culture, making sure our Xeros have an excellent workplace experience and creating solutions to delight them. You will be supporting employee satisfaction and wellbeing, increasing productivity through the correct work environment, improving collaboration and simplification and improvement of end to end experiences.


You will be responsible for overseeing  the delivery of services required to operate Xero’s office space and the support of other business functions (onsite and remote), covering; front of house services, events and hospitality services, staff engagement and communications, workplace experience research,  onboarding and travel. 


You will work closely with other Workplace Managers to deliver a consistent and aligned approach to workplace experiences and operations. You will build strong relationships with local People Experience and Internal IT teams to promote communication and collaboration which allows these vital teams to provide complementary services that deliver world-class experiences at Xero. 


To be successful in this role you will draw on your experience within workplace experience and have an inquisitive nature which compels you to always question how we could do things better. You will revel in finding ways of doing things that makes our jobs easier and improves the service we offer and leads to a better workplace experience for the people of Xero.


Experience you'll bring with you...
  • 5 years experience of workplace management across multiple sites.
  • 3 years Experience in staff management.
  • Experience in managing experiential programs and/or workplace event activations.
  • Experience in managing front of house/ reception functions.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in contract management to ensure service level agreements are maintained.
