Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience working as an in-house Visual Designer at a consumer electronics, media, or entertainment company. Experience working with a global organization is a plusIn-depth knowledge of visual design principles (typography, layout, iconography, color, etc.).
Demonstrated portfolio experience in applying design standards, iconography, typography, colors, and production practices, preferably for smart TV, mobile, and web apps.
Strong curiosity and desire to understand how things work.
A proactive problem solver with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, and Zeplin.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc).
Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Automotive HMI experience a strong plus.
Familiarity with front-end development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining how something works to product management, engineering, and other stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability to work independently and self-manage day-to-day tasks; comfortable asking questions and asking for support from your manager and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different geographies and time zones.
Must provide a strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design projects and your creative process.
English proficiency minimum B2 level is required. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
