The Xsolla Backend team is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to manage and maintain our cluster infrastructure, management software, and development tools across multiple environments. In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining various server environments and implementing monitoring and telemetry systems. Additionally, the position involves IT tasks related to Linux, network, and VM administration, as well as other troubleshooting responsibilities.RESPONSIBILITIES• Maintain and support Kubernetes clusters for internal and external users, ensuring optimal performance, security compliance, and scalability.• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure• Provide and maintain telemetry and monitoring tools/infrastructure• Documentation of infrastructure, tools and white papers• Work with Product team to develop features and resolve bugs• Work with Integration team to improve developer experience with tools and infrastructureREQUIREMENTS• Minimum 5 years of experience with Linux systems and maintenance• Minimum 5 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines• Minimum 5 years of general IT and troubleshooting experience• Experience working with and setting up Git in self-hosted environments• Experience with Kubernetes• Experience with monitoring and telemetry software such as Grafana, Prometheus• Configuration and managing databases such as MongoDB• Networking configuration experience including vlans, NAT, DHCP, port forwarding• Experience setting up and maintaining VMs leveraging Proxmox, VMWare or similar hypervisor• Experience in hardware setup and troubleshooting• Knowledge of HTTP REST APIs• Excellent documentation and communication habitsPlusesKnowledge of NodeJS, ReactJS, and micro-service architectureExperience shipping gamesExperience with JavaScript/TypeScriptAt Xsolla, we are passionate about providing a conducive environment for our team to thrive personally and professionally.
