We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is comprised of over 80 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to write Yepoda’s story actively.
As a Junior Logistics Manager, your key responsibilities will encompass:
You will support the end-to-end logistics of the goods, with a particular focus on our Amazon marketplace
You get responsibility from the first day with tasks reaching from operations to strategic initiatives
You will help manage and structure the day-to-day operational business
You correspond with clients, suppliers, warehouses, and transportation hubs to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery
You will obtain insights into the Supply Chain and Project Management of a growing skincare brand
You will support projects across all aspects and teams of the business to develop the company further
You have recently obtained a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related studies
1-2 years of experience in Operations or Logistics, preferably in B2B retail
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English, any additional language is a plus
Hands-on mentality, attention to detail, and a passion for improving processes
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) or G-suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Docs)
