We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is comprised of over 60 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to write Yepoda’s story actively. We are looking for an Operations Intern to support our online business operations.

Your tasks

• You are the right hand to the Operations Manager and get insights into the operational online business in a fast-growing startup

• You get responsibility from the first day with tasks reaching from operations to strategy

• You will manage the process of manufacturing with our production partners

• You will manage the inventory and ensure that there are always sufficient products in our warehouses

• You will be responsible for handling global shipments of new products and replenishments

• You will obtain insights into a variety of different topics: Procurement, Supply Chain, and Project Management

• You will support projects across all aspects and teams of the business to develop the company further

Your profile

• Currently studying or recently obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance or related studies

• Previous experience in Operations as a working student or intern is desired

• Experience in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills in English. German or Italian language skills are a plus

• Hands-on mentality, driven by curiosity, with a passion for improving processes

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) or G-suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Docs)
