VP of Revenue Marketing

As the Vice President of Revenue Marketing, you will be at the helm of our revenue marketing strategy, spearheading efforts to source and engage leads, nurture them into qualified opportunities, and ultimately drive sales and customer loyalty. This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic thinker with a tactical execution mindset, capable of managing a dynamic team to target various market segments with compelling omni-channel campaigns. You will work closely with our Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and cross-functional teams to ensure our brand's promise is delivered consistently across all digital and sales channels.


Your Role
  • Team Management & Collaboration: Lead a high-performing marketing team to execute omni-channel campaigns, craft engaging content, and ensure seamless coordination with sales and digital channels.  Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability.
  • Market Segmentation & Campaign Management: Identify and target specific market segments with tailored campaigns addressing unique needs and pain points.  Oversee campaign creation and execution, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and measurable success.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop strategies for lead sourcing through Inbound, Outbound, Partner, and Field efforts.  Nurture leads into Qualified Opportunities using data-driven insights to optimize the lead journey.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide comprehensive marketing support and sales collateral to Account Executives, empowering them to close deals more efficiently.
  • Customer Success & Loyalty: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive product adoption, subscription renewal, and customer loyalty. Foster brand advocacy among our customer base, turning satisfied users into vocal proponents of our solutions.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources for maximum ROI.  Implement processes for tracking and reporting marketing spend and campaign performance.


Your Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in B2B Saas leadership.
  • Proven track record in revenue-generating marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills to inspire goal achievement.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities across all organization levels.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
