The Role

To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a French Speaking Junior Account Manager to join us. Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated individual who has a desire to build a career within the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with our merchants, helping them apply for funding their business.
  • Communicating with business owners daily, ensuring they have all the necessary information to submit their applications.
  • Explaining the financing offers we make and answering any questions the customer has throughout the process.
  • Working with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and YouLend proprietary solutions to process applications.

Key skills needed for this role

  • Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills – with the ability to interact via phone and email.
  • Comfortable in Microsoft excel.
  • Customer focused mindset.
  • Fluent in French

Salary range: £30,000 + £7000 annual bonus based on performance
