Billing Specialist

YPrime is a company that helps clients in the pharma and biotech industries to manage clinical trial data. They are looking for a Billing Specialist to join their Finance and Accounting team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Operations team for accurate and timely invoicing
Ensure financial systems reflect current project financial positions
Perform balance sheet, project, and other reconciliations
Support bad-debt provision analysis periodically
Conduct ad hoc analysis and create reports for cash flow decisions
Identify and implement process improvements

Education

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
