The Role:

Yubico is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong background in integration and identity. The position will establish standard patterns and best practices for integrating the YubiKey into different enterprise landscapes for our customers and implementation of the YubiKey with our technical partners. Bring your technical curiosity and drive for customer success to help Yubico create phishing resistant users!

• Work with Yubico team members, technical partners, and external customers to identify, validate and document integration patterns that promote sustainable deployments of Yubico products and services such as the YubiKey and Yubico Enrollment Suite.
• Develop and maintain integration patterns for Yubico products that will drive adoption across different industries and user scenarios.
• Present architectural and technical content to a wide range of audiences including online and in person conferences.
• Assist in the development of technical (authentication, encryption and identity) content, solution architecture documents and other best practices guides.
• Collaborate with internal teams including: Marketing, Sales, Solutions, Support, and Engineering.
• Collaborate and manage the technical relationship with external teams including technical partners and customers.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in any, or preferably all, of the following: enterprise integration, identity, and authentication.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with internal and external customers including previous experience with public speaking.
• Experience with designing, and deploying secure systems within the enterprise. 
• Proficiency leveraging Microsoft Entra especially the Entra ID stack.
• Familiarity with other major identity providers such as Okta, Ping Identity or others.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud resources.
• Ability to set up and maintain test environments and how to integrate them with partner systems.
• Preferred development or scripting experience that include leveraging partner libraries and SDKs, calling partner APIs.
• Able to resolve issues while maintaining a good working relationship with internal and external customers.
• Willing to quickly gain knowledge of the Yubico product and services through hands-on learning.
• Work effectively with minimal direct supervision.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams around the globe.
• Able to travel as needed for conferences and in-person meetings. Estimated travel time is less than 20% for this position, but travel can be variable.
