Challenges:

As a Trust & Safety Operation Manager , your main responsibilities are:

- Workforce management (coverage optimization  …)

- Supporting our Head of Safety in team scaling

- Implement tools to optimize team processes

- Continuous workforce management

- Supporting managers' skills development

- Guarantee the operational risks associated with our business

• Professional background:
• > 7 years experience, including > 3 years as a manager of managers
• Scale-up
• Must have : experience in customer success or customer support n2 or safety

• Specific knowledge:
• Have scale a operational team
• Have implemented productivity tools
• Nice to have BPO management, recruitment...
• Have worked in an international environment
• Must have english C2, nice to have French B2-C1
• Have managed a team of more than 25 people
• An aptitude for risk management
• Interest in subjects : wellbeing, safety, hr…
